Narae, held annually in November, features the best in Korean cultural dance and music in the Pacific Northwest. Translated into English as “Wings,” Narae is symbolic for the representation of students and members of Morning Star who have “come of age” and are ready to fly. Each year, this Morning Star production “spreads its wings” to the thousands that attend. Guests witness dynamic performances accompanied by a variety of drums, gongs, zithers, flutes and cymbals. The colorful display of costumes, stage setting and décor compliment the artists' talent and award-winning original choreography. In addition to the Morning Star repertoire, highly-acclaimed performers are invited to participate annually. Don't miss out on your chance to soar! Come experience this year's exciting celebration of culture on November 7 and 8! This year, Narae will be held at the Edmonds Center for the Arts, 410 Fourth Avenue N Edmonds, WA 98020, on November 7 and 8 at 7 p.m. Visit http://ec4arts.org/contact for directions.
